Homenetmen Scout Flag
The official Homenetmen scout flag is a rectangle divided into two right-angle triangles. The dividing line extends diagonally from the top-right corner to the bottom-left corner. The left triangle is red, while the right triangle is blue. At the center of the flag is a large scout Fleur-de-Lis, featuring the organization’s motto, “Partsratsir Partsratsour“ (“Rise and Raise”).
The flag measures 150 x 100 cm for indoor use and 180 x 120 cm for parades.
Both the official and scouting flags are distributed to the regions by the Homenetmen Central (Executive) Committee.
