Homenetmen General Assemblies

Since the creation of its global organizational structure in 1974, Homenetmen has held thirteen General Assemblies. The number of chapters represented at these meetings stands as a testament to the organization’s continuous growth and development.

The consecutive General Assemblies are listed below:

1st General Assembly, held in Beirut from December 13-15, 1974, with representatives from 28 Homenetmen chapters.

2nd General Assembly, held in Nicosia from April 6-8, 1979, with representatives from 46 Homenetmen chapters.

3rd General Assembly, held in Athens from April 14-17, 1983, with representatives from 55 Homenetmen chapters.

4th General Assembly, held in Athens from April 17-20, 1987, with representatives from 57 Homenetmen chapters.

5th General Assembly, held in Athens from March 29 to April 3, 1991, with representatives from 62 Homenetmen chapters. This was the first Assembly to include representatives from Homenetmen Armenia.

6th General Assembly, held in Beirut from April 11-17, 1995, with representatives from 83 Homenetmen chapters.

7th General Assembly, held in Beirut from March 31 to April 5, 1999, with representatives from 87 Homenetmen chapters.

8th General Assembly, held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia from June 4-7, 2003, with representatives from 90 Homenetmen chapters. 

9th General Assembly, held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, from September 19-23, 2007, with representatives from 99 Homenetmen chapters.

10th General Assembly, held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia from September 5-10, 2011, with representatives from 102 Homenetmen chapters.

11th General Assembly, held in Aghveran, Armenia, from September 7-11, 2015, with representatives from 104 Homenetmen chapters. 

12th General Assembly, held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, from October 14-19, 2019, with representatives from 114 Homenetmen chapters and units.

13th General Assembly, held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, from October 2-7, 2023, with representatives from 117 chapters and units.
