"Marzig" Published Issues
Since the first issue of "Marzik" in February 1980, more than 400 issues have been published, some as standalone editions and others as combined issues.
The first year of “Marzig” ran from February 1980 to January 1981, with 12 issues published: 1980 February (1), March (2), April (3), May (4), June (5), July (6), August (7), September (8), October (9), November (10), December (11), 1981 January (12).
In the second year (March 1981 – June 1982), “Marzig” was not published in February 1981. Issue No.13 was not published in March 1981, and subsequent issues were combined, resulting in a disruption in the overall numbering at the end of the year: 1981 March (13), April (14), May-June (15), July (16), August (17), September-October (18), November-December (19), 1982, January (20), February (21), March (22), April (23), May-June (24).
The third year (July 1982 – December 1983) was similar to the second year: 1982 July (25), August-September. (26), October-November (27), December-January 1983 (28), 1983 February-March (29), April (30), May (31), June (32), July (33), August (34), September-October (35), November-December (36).
The fourth year, 1984, began with regular numbering but ended with inconsistencies: 1984 January-February (37-38), March (39), April (40), May (41), 6 (42), 7 (43), October-November (44), December-January 1985 (45), 1985 February (46), March (47), April (48).
The fifth year (May 1985 until June 1986) saw further numerical inconsistencies, with the final issue lacking month references (similar to issues No. 7 and 7 from 1984). “Marzig” issues were as follows:: 1985 May (49), June (50), July (51), August (52), September (53), October (54), November- December (55), 1986 January-February (56), March (57), April (58), 11-12 (59-60).
The sixth year (August 1986 - December 1987) each publishing year starts in January. It started in August but had some inconsistencies, especially in the second half of the year: 1986 August (61), September (62), October-November (63), December-January 1987 (64), 1987 February-March (65-66), April-May (67-68), June-September (69-70), October-December (71-72).
In the seventh year (1988), “Marzig” became more regular with 12 issues published, two of which were combined: January (73), February (74), March (75), April (76), May (77), June (78), July (79), August-September (80-81), October (82), November-December (83-84).
All issues of the eighth year (1989) were dedicated to the Armenian earthquake and were numbered 85-96.
In the ninth year (1990), “Marzig” published 6 combined issues: January-February (97-98), March-April (99-100), May-June (101-102), July-August (103-104), September-October (105-106), November-December (107-108).
The tenth year (1991), continued the numbering system without month references: Issue 1-2 (109-110), 3-4 (111-112), 5-6 (113-114), 7-8 (115-116), 9-10 (117-118), 11-12 (119-120).
In the eleventh year (1992), 12 issues were published, with the final issue being combined: January (121), February (122), March (123), April (124), May (125), June (126), July (127), August (128), September (129), October (130), November-December (131-132).
In the twelfth year (1993), the monthly sequence was maintained, but the final quarterly issue was condensed into a single issue: Issue 1 (133), 2 (134), 3 (135), 4 (136), 5 (137), 6 (138), 7 (139), 8 (140), 9 (141), 10-12 (142).
In the thirteenth year (1994), 12 issues were published: Issue 1 (145), 2 (146), 3 (147), 4 (148), 5 (149), 6 (150), 7 (151), 8 (152), 9 (153), 10 (154), 11 (155), 12 (156).
The fourteenth year (1995) saw only 6 issues published: Issue 1 (157), 2 (158), 3 (159), 4 (160), 5 (161), 6 (162).
From the fifteenth to the twenty-fourth year (1996-2005), 12 issues were published each year, maintaining a consistent schedule, as follows:
Fifteenth year: Issue 1 (163), 2 (164), 3 (165), 4 (166), 5 (167), 6 (168), 7 (169), 8 (170), 9 (171), 10 (172), 11 (173), 12 (174).
Sixteenth year: Issue 1 (175), 2 (176), 3 (177), 4 (178), 5 (179), 6 (180), 7 (181), 8 (182), 9 (183), 10 (184), 11 (185), 12 (186).
Seventeenth year: Issue 1 (187), 2 (188), 3 (189), 4 (190), 5 (191), 6 (192), 7 (193), 8 (194), 9 (195), 10 (196), 11 (197), 12 (198).
Eighteenth year: Issue 1 (199), 2-3 (200-201), 4 (202), 5 (203), 6 (204), 7 (205), 8 (206), 9 (207), 10 (208), 11 (209), 12 (210).
Nineteenth year: Issue 1 (211), 2 (212), 3 (213), 4 (214), 5 (215), 6 (216), 7 (217), 8 (218), 9 (219), 10 (220), 11 (221), 12 (222).
Twentieth year: Issue 1 (223), 2 (224), 3 (225), 4 (226), 5 (227), 6 (228), 7 (229), 8 (230), 9 (231), 10 (232), 11 (233), 12 (234).
Twenty-first year: Issue 1 (235), 2 (236), 3 (237), 4 (238), 5 (239), 6 (240), 7 (241), 8 (242), 9 (243), 10 (244), 11 (245), 12 (246).
Twenty-second year: Issue 1 (247), 2 (248), 3 (249), 4 (250), 5-6 (251-252), 7 (253), 8 (254), 9 (255), 10 (256), 11 (257), 12 (258).
Twenty-third year: Issue 1 (259), 2 (260), 3 (261), 4 (262), 5 (263), 6 (264), 7 (265), 8 (266), 9-10 (267-268), 11 (269), 12 (270).
Twenty-fourth year: Issue 1 (271), 2 (272), 3 (273), 4 (274), 5 (275), 6 (276), 7 (277), 8 (278), 9 (279), 10 (280), 11 (281), 12 (282).
In the twenty-fifth year (2006), due to the 33-day war launched by Israel against Lebanon, only 6 combined issues were published: Issue 1-2 (283-284), 3-4 (285-286), 5-6 (287-288), 7-8 (289-290), 9-10 (291-292), 11-12 (293-294).
The twenty-sixth year (2007) started with combined issues but ended with regular issues. A total of 8 issues are published: Issue 1-2 (295-296), 3-4 (297-298), 5-6 (299-300), 7-8 (301-302), 9 (303), 10 (304), 11 (305), 12 (306).
The twenty-seventh to twenty-ninth years (2008-2010) saw smooth progression with 9 issues published per year. The combined issues were dedicated to specific events such as the 90th anniversary of Homenetmen (313-316), the 8th Pan-Homenetmen Sports Games (324-327), and the 9th Pan-Homenetmen Jamboree (336-337), as follows:
Twenty-seventh year: Issue 1 (307), 2 (308), 3 (309), 4 (310), 5 (311), 6 (312), 7-10 (313-316), 11 (317), 12 (318).
Twenty-eighth year: Issue 1 (319), 2 (320), 3 (321), 4 (322), 5 (323), 6-9 (324-327), 10 (328), 11 (329), 12 (330).
Twenty-ninth year: Issue 1 (331), 2 (332), 3 (333), 4 (334), 5 (335), 6-7 (336-337), 8 (338), 9 (339), 10 (340), 11 (341), 12 (342).
In the thirtieth year (2011), 6 issues were published: 1-3 (343-345), 4-6 (346-348), 7-9 (349-351), 10 (352), 11 (353), 12 (354).
The thirty-first year (2012) saw the release of 10 issues, eight regular and two bimonthly: Issue 1 (355), 2 (356), 3 (357), 4 (358), 5 (359), 6 (360), 7 (361), 8 (362), 9-10 (363-364), 11-12 (365-366).
The thirty-second year (2013) followed a normal issue sequence. The exception was the issue dedicated to the 9th Pan-Homenetmen Sports Games, which had four issues (371-374): Issue 1 (367), 2 (368), 3 (369), 4 (370), 5-8 (371-374), 9 (375), 10 (376), 11 (377), 12 (378).
The thirty-third year (2014) saw the release of 7 issues, with four regular, one bimonthly, and two quarterly issues: Issues 388-390 are dedicated to the 10th Pan-Homenetmen Jamboree. Issue 1 (379), 2 (380), 3 (381), 4 (382), 5-7 (383-385), 8-9 (386-387), 10-12 (388-390).
The thirty-fourth year (2015) followed a similar publishing schedule: Issue 1-3 (391-393), 4-5 (394-395), 6-7 (396-397), 8-9 (398-399), 10-12 (400-402).
In September 2015, during the 11th Homenetmen General Assembly, it was decided that “Marzig” would be issued quarterly.
In its thirty-fifth year, two issues were published in September (403) and December (404).
The following year, 2016, saw the release of three issues in March (405), June (406), and November (407).
In 2017, the thirty-seventh year of publication, four issues were released: January (408), May (409), August (410), and December (411).
In the thirty-eighth year (2018), four issues were published: March (412), July (413), September (414), and December (415).
In the thirty-ninth year (2019), two combined issues were published: August (416-417) and December (418-419).
In the fortieth year (2020-2022), four issues were published: March (420), June (421), September (422), and January 2022 (423).
Following this, a correction was made in the year reference. From the forty-first year onward, the numbering was adjusted to align with the forty-second anniversary of “Marzig” (1980-2022).
In the forthy-second year (2022), four issues were published: April (424), July (425), October (426), and January 2023 (427).
In the forty-third year (2023), four issues were published: April (428), July (429), September (430), and December (431).
In the forthy-fourth year (2024-2025), four issues were published: March (432), June (433), October (434), and January 2025 (435).
