Homenetmen 103rd anniversary photography competition that was declared to take place on 16th November, 2021, will come to its end soon. The deadline for participating in the competition is February 20, 2022, because the declaration of the results will take place on "Armenian Scout Day" on February 24 through social media.

For this purpose, the Homenetmen Central Committee's Propaganda Committee has set up a special committee which consists of:  Raffi Berberian (photographer), Hagop Der Ghougassian and Dzovig Torikian (stage directors), Ara Azad (artist), Nora Parseghian (editor assigned by the organizing committee), Talar Mazlumian and Nejteh Mgerdichian (professional technical photographers).

The participants who win the first three places in the competition will receive the following prizes:
First Prize: The first prize winner receives a CANON camera that costs 1000$.
Second prize: The second prize winner gets a $ 300 portable camera tripod and a bag.
Third Prize – The third prize winner gets a valuable watch that commemorates the 100th anniversary of Homenetmen with a special certificate.

The three winners will also receive a one-year subscription to the Homenetmen "Marzig" official newspaper.

The terms of the competition include:
A) Homenetmen and non-Homenetmen candidates over the age of 18 can participate in the photography competition.
Professional photographers cannot participate in this competition as it is aimed for amateur photographers only.
B) The theme of the photography competition is "Homenetmen’s Daily Routine."  Therefore, any photo related to Homenetmen scout, sports, membership, social, public or charitable activities that intimately reflects the organization’s life and daily routine can be submitted to the competition.
C) The photos submitted to the competition (black and white or colored) must be taken newly and not processed through Photoshop.
D) Photos can be taken with a high-quality camera and a mobile phone.
E) Photos should have appropriate captions.
F) Photos must be sent to the e-mail address of the organizing committee of the competition by February 20, 2022: Karozchagan@homenetmen.com The photographer’s first and last name, country, and the caption of the photo should be included.
